I ordered the Swoop ring for my girlfriend for our anniversary. I was a little stressed about the ETA. UPS is shit, but Liesel Love stayed very polite and answered all of my questions. Very good service, thank you for your patience! I can imagine it's not easy around the Holidays. My girlfriend is very happy with the ring. It's beautifully made and very elegant. Shipping was pretty lengthy but that was to be expected with Canada Post’s rolling strikes. The packaging is SO cute. The ring is exactly as described and is very comfortable. It’s very pretty! I’m very happy with the item and would purchase from this shop again. Thanks!
