Returns -
Liesel Love does take returns for a refund or exchange. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied to all fine jewelry returns. Items must be shipped back and received before refund is made. Returns must be notified within 7 days after tracking states delivered (exceptions are made during the holiday season). The customer is responsible for return shipping. Be sure to include any original packaging and invoices/receipts so that we can process your return. Please include your receipt or order number with your return package. All custom orders are non-returnable.
Customs -
All international orders are responsible for their own customs fee. Each country is different so please check fee rates before ordering.

If you feel that Liesel Love made your ring in the wrong size we will gladly size your ring to be the correct original size ordered. Please contact us immediately if you feel the wrong size was shipped.
In the event that you ordered an incorrect size, all of Liesel Love's rings can easily be sized by your local repair jeweler. This service is usually quite affordable and avoids the inconvenience of shipping the item, risking any mail related mishaps and wait time for the item to be returned. Your local repair jeweler will usually offer a same day service, so we advise all of our clients to seek out a local jeweler first.
If you do not wish to go to a local jeweler Liesel Love will happily size your ring for a $20 sizing fee. Please include your receipt or order number with your ring. Liesel Love only sizes our own ring designs. We do not size rings by other designers. If you have any questions, please feel free to convo us directly.
Repairs-
We will happily repair any fine jewelry free of charge up to 18 months after purchase.

This is such a gorgeous, petite but vibrantly sparkling ring - if it caught your eye just go for it - you will not be disappointed. Heidi picks the most lovely stones. Even the smaller side stones she uses are always stunning. this was my 5th purchase but by far the biggest "splurge" from this artist - this ring is so much prettier in person and would make an amazing gift or unique - perfect - engagement ring. Super sparkly but understated, superb quality and the peachy sapphire and side diamonds are beyond gorgeous. I get so many compliments and questions on this ring, and love that it is low set and the stunning stones are durable - I can wear to work every day without worry. The unique sapphire is truly mesmerizing. Still trying to get a pic that does it justice ...

This has to be my favorite ring that I own besides my wedding ring! I had this on my wish list for awhile now and finally splurged and I haven't looked back. So elegant, craftmanship is superb, and the color is beautiful. It goes from pink to peachy orange in different lighting. The picture doesn't do it justice. I paired it with the "Swoop" ring, also from LieselLove and they pair so well together. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for well made, dainty and elegant pieces to add to their collection.
