Returns -
Liesel Love does take returns for a refund or exchange. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied to all fine jewelry returns. Items must be shipped back and received before refund is made. Returns must be notified within 7 days after tracking states delivered (exceptions are made during the holiday season). The customer is responsible for return shipping. Be sure to include any original packaging and invoices/receipts so that we can process your return. Please include your receipt or order number with your return package. All custom orders are non-returnable.
Customs -
All international orders are responsible for their own customs fee. Each country is different so please check fee rates before ordering.
Repairs-
We will happily repair any fine jewelry free of charge up to 18 months after purchase.

The blue flash of the moonstone is beautiful. Tanzanite is so pretty too. These look great in yellow gold. Worth the wait for these!

I love these earrings: they’re very beautiful! As for crafting time, they took the time that was promised. LL was also very helpful in resolving a shipping issue, which was a real hassle. I’ve already re-purchased another item from LL’s shop! Would definitely recommend :)

UPDATE 12/15: Two of my piercings flared up and got infected with these earrings in, so I don't believe they are real gold. Due to sensitivity, I can only wear real 14K+ white or yellow gold in my piercings. This is so unfortunate and disappointing because I bought several of the moonstone pieces and that was not cheap. ---- Ordered two pairs and one orbit. They were all a little smaller than I expected for the price but very pretty and dainty. Love a moonstone moment. The orbit piece looks amazing in my conch piercing.
