Returns -
Liesel Love does take returns for a refund or exchange. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied to all fine jewelry returns. Items must be shipped back and received before refund is made. Returns must be notified within 7 days after tracking states delivered (exceptions are made during the holiday season). The customer is responsible for return shipping. Be sure to include any original packaging and invoices/receipts so that we can process your return. Please include your receipt or order number with your return package. All custom orders are non-returnable.
Customs -
All international orders are responsible for their own customs fee. Each country is different so please check fee rates before ordering.
Repairs-
I will happily repair any fine jewelry free of charge up to 18 months after purchase.

This is a small ring, I would recommend ordering up a half size or more. That being said, it's a unique and lovely ring. It has a thin shank, but stacks very well with other bands, which is why I purchased this. The ring is made in 14k gold and diamonds, which sparkle nicely in the sunlight. It stands on its own, or stacks with other bans. The customer service is excellent. A quality item, beautiful design, and terriific service. I will purchase other pieces.

I wear this every. single. day! I love it so much. It's the perfect ring to add to any stack. I wear it on my wedding finger to add a bit of bling/texture to my stack. The quality is great, the sizing is great, the weight is a bit light but it's not noticeable once it's on. Highly recommend this shop!

I’ve ordered 9 pieces of jewelry from this shop and I fall in love every time. Everything is perfect and made from the highest of quality. I’m screaming. This is my fav shop on Etsy by far. I ordered the three stone diamond ring in a size 4. I’ll insert a pic. I’ve chosen to completes my midi stack but I can also wear this ring on my pinkies if I want to change up my look.
