Liesel Love does not re-size rings that are not our design, only items purchased from our shop.
To avoid shipping a ring back and forth and waiting to have your ring sized, you also can check with your local repair jeweler to see if they can size the ring for you. Our rings can easily be sized, and a lot of repair jewelers offer a same day service.

The quality of Heidi's work is mesmerising. She crafted a custom engagement ring for my girlfriend and it was a phenomenal piece. She used the stones I wanted and the style was perfect. The ring was exactly as described and it far exceeded my expectations. The customer service and communication when it came to resizing the ring were unparalleled. Actually, both were amazing throughout my entire experience dealing with Heidi.

Heidi has been a wonderful vendor to work with for my wife's and my wedding rings. She helped us through a bit of a catastrophe where our rings got lost in the mail, and although it wasn't her fault in the least, she went to great effort to make sure sure everything turned out okay. We are so delighted with our rings and will cherish them (and the story that goes with them, which proved there are good people out there) for the rest of our lives.
